    hotel room was well maintained and front desk service was fine. only concern was the large number of deviant looking folks lurking around the property. There were 2 security guards in the lobby.
    4 smiles Good stay at Sky Court
    This was our first trip to Hawaii. It was last minute so budget was important (thus why we stayed here). It was a great deal for the cost we paid and would stay again. Rooms were small in addition nicely done and spotless. Lobby, etc were also nice to lounge in. Eat breakfast meal at Eggs & Things down the street a few blocks. Fantastic food! Also, Nicks across the road is great fine dining (and the booklets you get coupons in have 50% off).

    Excellent hotel in addition charges for coffee, location great.
    2 smiles Non-smoking rooms
    The cleaning help are so overworked, they hardly have time to spotless the entire hotel room adequately - it would be humane to see adequate number of staffing to spotless a decent number of rooms and give us a spotless hotel room in the process. Sometimes, profit margins have to be sacrificed to give travelers what they pay for: clean, decent rooms with bathrooms that work, and non-smoking rooms, where non-smoking policy is actually enforced, and elevators are actually working. In six nites we were there, two of the elevators did not work for six nights.
    5 smiles Excellent Deal!
    We were pleasantly surprised with this property given that we got such a great deal. In our experience the beds were comfortable, it was clean, great maid service, the air conditioner worked great and you could walk to the beach in 10 min. We can not wait to stay here again! The only thing is that the swimming pool is pretty small so if that is really important to you then you might want to go elsewhere.
